30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Personalized or Custom Orders

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–8 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations
